Data Deletion
How to delete your data from NeverHadIt
NeverHadIt stores your scan history and quota data locally on your device. Your taste profile is also mirrored to Cloud Firestore under an anonymous Firebase ID so it can be restored if you reinstall. A2ZAI LLC does not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers.
Delete All App Data
Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored preferences, scan history, and quota information from your device.
To also delete your mirrored taste profile and anonymous account from our backend, email contact@a2zai.app and we will remove it as soon as reasonably practical.
Delete Data Within the App
Clear all data: Open the App → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Clear All Data". This erases all preferences, scan history, and quota data from your device.
Edit preferences: Open the App → Settings → Edit Taste Profile to modify your preferences.
Third-Party Data
Some data may be held by third-party services we use:
- Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics): data held by Google under your anonymous Firebase ID. Email contact@a2zai.app to request deletion; see Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Cloud Functions & Generative AI (Gemini): menu text sent for analysis transits through our Cloud Function to Gemini. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can manage your Google data at myaccount.google.com.
- Google AdMob: advertising identifier and ad interaction data. Opt out via device settings or Google Ads Settings.
- RevenueCat: if you made a purchase, subscription data is managed by RevenueCat. See their Privacy Policy.
- Apple / Google Play: purchase records are maintained by your app store and subject to their policies.
